- Deliver the vision and roadmap for transforming the software development lifecycle for Snowflake engineers.
- Drive measurable improvements in code review latency.
- Enable developers to use the latest AI harnesses and models.
- Create golden paths for agentic codebases.
- Track industry developments and make high-quality decisions quickly in a rapidly changing space.
- Own operational excellence, including on-call health, incident response, postmortems, and balancing project delivery with maintenance and support.
Requirements
- 15+ years of software engineering experience.
- 5+ years leading a technical engineering team, including people leadership, roadmap ownership, and hands-on technical judgment.
- Hands-on experience with the latest AI tools, particularly productivity tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to align stakeholders, secure buy-in, and bring clarity to ambiguous, cross-functional work.
- Pragmatic, customer-focused mindset with measurable impact through reliability, performance, and ease of use.

- Experience with developer productivity tooling.
