People Systems Analyst

Own and improve Workday and the broader People technology stack, including configuration, reporting, compliance, and support. The role requires 3+ years of Workday experience, strong analytics and process-improvement skills, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

HRIS / Workday Configuration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday configuration and refine business processes for a growing organization.
  • Partner with IT Business Systems to identify and execute process improvements.

Performance and Talent Management

  • Refine Workday performance management processes, including performance reviews, talent reviews, and succession planning.

Time and Absence

  • Own Time and Absence business processes and Workday configuration.
  • Partner with Payroll and Finance to ensure processes are scalable, accurate, and compliant.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Turn People data into insights for HR Business Partners and departmental leaders.
  • Make Workday configuration and process changes to support new reporting needs.

People Systems Ownership

  • Support the broader People technology stack, including Culture Amp, Knoetic, and Pave.

Compliance

  • Partner with Security and Compliance teams on audit materials and process changes for SOC 2, ISO, GxP, SOX, and other HR audit and compliance requests.
  • Support EEO reporting, pay equity reviews, and HR data requests from Legal or regulators.

Support

  • Resolve People systems tickets and provide timely customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience using and configuring Workday, particularly HCM, Talent Optimization, and Time & Absence modules.
  • Strong experience with Workday reporting and BI or analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, and advanced spreadsheets.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, process improvement, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Experience identifying project opportunities, designing solutions, and executing projects end-to-end.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Workday certification in HCM, Talent Optimization, and/or Time & Absence.
  • Experience with Culture Amp, Pave, Knoetic, ADP, or Ashby.
  • Experience supporting SOC 2, ISO, GxP, and/or SOX audits.
  • Interest in expanding into broader HR Operations work.

Compensation

  • Annual salary: $112,000–$152,000.
