Learning and Development Manager
Owns enterprise-wide learning programs, including onboarding, education initiatives, and LMS operations. The role requires 4+ years of generalist Learning & Development experience, instructional design expertise, program management skills, and experience measuring learning effectiveness.

Responsibilities
- Own the learning management system (LMS) end to end, including vendor relationship management, day-to-day administration, and strategic integration into the broader employee experience.
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve enterprise-wide onboarding programming for new hires.
- Own the design and ongoing maintenance of the enterprise education series.
- Represent Learning & Development in cross-functional knowledge-management conversations.
- Build learning content in-house and curate internal and external resources when appropriate.
- Manage multiple concurrent enterprise-wide programs across parallel timelines.
- Measure and report program engagement and effectiveness at the organizational level.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Learning & Development experience with a generalist background across program types.
- Experience owning enterprise-wide programming, including onboarding and company-wide learning initiatives.
- Instructional design experience with a portfolio for broad, varied audiences.
- Experience working with an LMS, including vendor management, administration, and strategic integration.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to run multiple concurrent programs.
- Familiarity with measurement frameworks such as Kirkpatrick.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Compensation
- Base salary: $105,000-$125,000.
- Additional compensation includes a discretionary annual cash bonus and equity compensation.
