Senior Product Manager, Streaming Platform
Leads product strategy and execution for Snowflake’s streaming platform, translating customer needs into scalable real-time data capabilities. Responsibilities
- Own the product direction, strategy, and roadmap for Snowflake’s streaming capabilities.
- Translate complex customer problems into clear product bets and successfully shipped features.
- Collaborate closely with engineering on system design, trade-offs, and execution.
- Engage with users to understand what is broken, what is missing, and what matters most.
- Partner with design to ensure advanced workflows are intuitive.
- Work with go-to-market teams to launch products that resonate with customers.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across ingestion, platform, analytics, and AI teams.
- Make rigorous prioritization decisions grounded in impact, scale, and customer value.
Requirements
- Experience building products in data infrastructure, distributed systems, or real-time platforms.
- Strong understanding of streaming systems and event-driven architectures.
- Ability to engage deeply with engineers and reason about architecture and design choices.
- Comfort working in ambiguity and shaping direction from first principles.
- Strong communication skills and a practical, customer-first mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Flink or similar systems.
- Master’s degree.
