Responsibilities

  • Lead development of AI features across product workstreams, beginning with an MCP integration and customer workflow builder.
  • Translate decarbonization and building-management challenges into scalable, measurable customer solutions.
  • Prioritize long-term growth opportunities alongside near-term product impact.
  • Collaborate with customer success, sales, and partnerships to align the roadmap with customer and market needs.
  • Build shared AI infrastructure while shipping customer-facing features and drive adoption across product teams.
  • Engage customers to understand pain points and inform product design and development.
  • Use analytics to guide product decisions and monitor KPIs, including model quality, evaluations, latency, and cost.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams on product launch and go-to-market execution.
  • Manage product stakeholders, expectations, and communications with senior leadership and external partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • 2–3 years of experience shipping LLM-powered features to customers.
  • Track record of delivering customer-centric products that solve real-world problems.
  • Experience engaging customers and translating their needs into product features.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Data-driven approach to product strategy and success measurement.
  • Collaborative working style and commitment to team success.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must be based in San Francisco or New York City; hybrid work with 2–3 days in the office.

Compensation

  • Salary: approximately $175,000–$190,000 plus equity.
