Responsibilities
- Define and drive feature development across Starbridge’s core user-facing screens and backend data infrastructure.
- Drive and define the product roadmap with the Chief Product Officer and product team.
- Talk to customers, understand their pain points, and develop solutions.
- Build and analyze product metrics to evaluate customer outcomes.
- Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and GTM teams on high-impact launches.
- Run customer implementations, perform quality assurance, and analyze metrics as needed to ensure product success.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably including experience at early-stage companies, or completion of an APM program at a top company.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to investigate problems deeply.
- Collaborative, hands-on approach and willingness to take on varied responsibilities.
- Passion for AI and comfort working with technical concepts and infrastructure.
- Ability to prototype product concepts using code and estimate technical project scope.
- Comfort working in a terminal and engaging with technical details.
Compensation and Benefits
- $175,000–$225,000 salary.
