Senior Product Manager, CRM & Engage

Own the strategy, roadmap, adoption, retention, and monetization of CRM, marketing, and reporting products for nonprofit customers. Requires 7+ years of product management experience, strong analytics and SQL skills, cross-functional leadership, and experience with experimentation and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for donor management, marketing, and reporting tools.
  • Drive adoption, retention, and monetization of Givebutter Plus with Growth and Revenue teams.
  • Lead customer discovery, research, and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Define and communicate product rationale, strategy alignment, and success criteria.
  • Partner with Product Design and Engineering to build cohesive end-to-end solutions.
  • Use data and hypotheses to guide decisions and build data-informed practices.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders, manage tradeoffs, and advance multiple initiatives while maintaining quality.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience with high-scale B2B SaaS or consumer software products.
  • Experience with marketing technology tools is highly valued.
  • Proven ability to own a product area end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap execution, and business and customer outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with SQL and product analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Finance teams.
  • Ability to incorporate AI tools such as Claude into product workflows while maintaining quality.
  • Experience establishing repeatable product discovery practices.
  • Experience running A/B tests and interpreting results.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with nonprofit technology or the broader social good sector.
  • Understanding of generative AI and machine learning applications in product development.
  • Knowledge of SaaS unit economics, including CAC, CLTV, ACV, and revenue retention.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary: $178,000–$204,000.
