Senior Product Manager, Network Services
Owns the product strategy and delivery of card-network and payment-gateway integrations for a payments infrastructure platform. The role requires 7+ years in product management or digital product development, strong API and payments expertise, and hands-on SQL proficiency.

Responsibilities
- Define the technical roadmap for integrations with major card networks and payment gateways.
- Build relationships with network and gateway partners and scope upcoming capabilities.
- Abstract network-specific differences into a unified, predictable API experience.
- Define durable API interfaces, functional requirements, schemas, and webhook event models.
- Partner with Engineering, Security, UX, and Legal to validate designs and execute features from partner discussions through beta and general availability.
- Own customer onboarding, integration support, implementation guides, API documentation, and developer tools.
- Define and track KPIs including integration cycle time, feature adoption, API and webhook uptime, latency, error rates, and network SLA compliance.
- Write SQL queries to analyze usage patterns and inform product decisions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management or digital product development.
- Strong experience launching B2B platforms, developer APIs, or payments infrastructure.
- Ability to read network specifications and debate technical trade-offs with engineers.
- Experience designing scalable APIs and webhooks.
- Hands-on data proficiency, including writing SQL queries and analyzing usage metrics.
- Detail-oriented problem-solving and operational leadership in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with authentication services, EMV, or 3DS specifications.
- Experience building cloud-native applications or high-throughput global platforms.
