Responsibilities
- Scale and grow the HR Engineering team by hiring, onboarding, and training analysts and engineers supporting Workday and HR functional areas.
- Provide functional and technical leadership and mentorship.
- Supervise day-to-day Workday operations.
- Design user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation.
- Analyze business requirements with internal and external stakeholders and lead planning, development, testing, and implementation.
- Identify automation opportunities across HR processes.
- Lead reviews and support HR system upgrades and patches.
- Track trends in HR technology.
- Participate in and lead continuous-improvement projects.
- Build cross-functional teams across a geographically dispersed organization, including the United States and India.
- Manage vendor RFPs and relationships for HRIS and related systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years leading an applications team supporting an HR functional area.
- Working knowledge of Workday and related integrations.
- Experience integrating Applicant Tracking Systems, Learning Management Systems, Performance Systems, and other HR platforms.
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical partners and drive alignment.
- Experience applying Lean, Agile, ITIL, or process-improvement practices.
- Experience partnering with Security teams and delivering solutions subject to high security standards.
- Expertise coordinating technical teams and delivering stakeholder value.
- Ability to design and improve simple, scalable processes.
- High proficiency in Jira, Slack, and G Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday certification.
- Knowledge of and passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain.
Compensation
- Annual base salary: $193,970–$228,200 USD, excluding equity and bonus.
- Total compensation may include equity, bonus eligibility, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
