Enterprise Partner Manager - Northern Europe
Builds and scales ClickUp’s enterprise partner ecosystem across Northern Europe by recruiting and enabling software partners, creating repeatable services and go-to-market motions, and driving partner-led pipeline and revenue. The role requires 7+ years of channel or partnerships experience and is based in London or Dublin with hybrid office and travel expectations.

Responsibilities
- Recruit and activate consultancies, agencies, VARs, referral partners, MSPs, and system integrators.
- Build and manage a focused partner portfolio across Northern Europe, prioritizing partner quality, engagement, and revenue impact.
- Create repeatable service offerings and go-to-market plays that help partners position, implement, and expand ClickUp.
- Lead joint business planning, pipeline creation, co-selling, and measurable growth with priority partners.
- Coach partners through qualification, solution positioning, deal progression, and expansion.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, channel marketing, solutions, and other cross-functional teams.
- Use data and partner feedback to improve prioritization, enablement, conversion, and sourced revenue.
- Represent ClickUp with partners and customers.
- Travel for partner meetings, customer engagement, and regional collaboration; work in a Dublin or London hub three days per week, with client and partner site visits counting as office days.
Requirements
- 7+ years of channel, partnerships, or partner sales experience in enterprise software, ideally SaaS.
- Track record recruiting, onboarding, and growing software-focused partners in Northern Europe.
- Experience building or evolving partner motions where partners generate both software revenue and services opportunities.
- Success with partner recruitment, joint business planning, and partner-led pipeline generation.
- Ability to coach partners to position, sell, and expand technology solutions through a disciplined, repeatable process.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with direct sales, solutions, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
- Experience with workflow, productivity, automation, collaboration, AI, or digital transformation software partnerships.
- Clear, credible communication and stakeholder-influence skills.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Must be based in Ireland or the United Kingdom.

Compensation
- ATS-listed salary range: 165000–195000.
