Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for one or more product areas, from strategy through shipping.
- Deeply understand customers and the market, synthesizing signal into decisions that move the product forward.
- Solve multi-faceted product challenges requiring innovation across AI, UX, and business models.
- Partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality product at pace.
- Help shape the product culture at Console and push the boundaries of what it means to build product in the age of AI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management launching and scaling technical products; founder background and/or B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
- Strong technical background with experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams to ship complex products.
- Deeply curious with a growth mindset - excited by the rate of change in AI and software.
- Great taste - strong opinions about how software should work and sweat the details.
- Natural leader who earns trust of engineering, design, customers, and leadership.
