Responsibilities
- Own the vision and roadmap for Dandy’s practice-facing software, ensuring reliability, scalability, and seamless user experiences.
- Build intuitive software that simplifies complex tasks, earns customer trust, and reduces friction for practice staff.
- Partner with engineering, product design, finance, legal, sales, and customer operations on priorities, requirements, and execution.
- Ensure financial and practice-facing systems meet tax, healthcare, regulatory, and audit standards across geographies.
- Support flexible practice workflows, new revenue models, payment options, and expansion into new markets.
- Evaluate and implement integrations with payment processors, practice management systems, tax engines, and external service providers.
- Track user engagement, product performance, and financial metrics to identify trends and improve customer and business outcomes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally building B2B SaaS or practice-facing software.
- Technical fluency with system architecture, APIs, data flows, and third-party integrations.
- Deep understanding of practice owners’ and office staff’s workflows, with a strong customer focus.
- Proven cross-functional leadership across business, technical, and operational teams.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using performance metrics and operational data.
- High bias for action and ability to navigate ambiguity, remove blockers, and deliver measurable value.
- Excellent communication skills, including translating user needs and technical requirements into product specifications.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience building software for B2B, healthcare, dental, or practice management domains.
- Familiarity with payment gateways, ERP systems, billing platforms, or regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Experience building software to support global expansion.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $190,000–$223,600 annually.
