Senior Product Manager, Machine Learning

Responsibilities

• Lead the full product development lifecycle from need-finding through product vision and execution.
• Own product strategy and roadmap prioritization for the machine learning pod’s model and AI initiative portfolio.
• Improve ETA prediction accuracy and other model metrics.
• Identify technological constraints limiting business-unit growth.
• Develop proposals and research strategies for short-term roadmaps and long-term product vision.
• Partner with design on prototyping and early ideation across logistics workflows.
• Collaborate with ML and infrastructure engineers and data scientists to prioritize work based on business impact.
• Define go-to-market and adoption plans for AI capabilities.
• Execute cross-department initiatives and shape the long-term AI/ML product vision.

Requirements

• Experience owning product strategy and roadmaps for technically complex or ML/AI-driven products.
• Experience building 0-to-1 products and delivering strong user experiences or business outcomes.
• Track record of shipping traditional machine learning or generative AI products.
• Experience taking initiatives from proof of concept through production, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Fluency in ML/AI concepts sufficient to prioritize effectively and earn engineering trust.
• Ability to assess whether AI is appropriate and identify suitable approaches, including mathematical optimization, traditional ML, and generative AI.
• Experience working with cross-functional and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to execute with minimal guidance.
• Strong data-driven analytical skills.

• Experience in B2B SaaS, freight, logistics, manufacturing, or another operationally complex industry.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual base salary: $190,000–$240,000 USD.
