Deliver exceptional pre-sales customer experience by providing technical expertise, outlining value proposition, and answering product, API, and LLM-related questions.
Demonstrate how OpenAI’s products meet business needs through demos, use case scoping, architecture recommendations, and technical advisory.
Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs for common pre-sales questions.
Develop and nurture strong customer relationships during evaluation, validation, and purchasing.
Foster customer advocacy by gathering feedback, identifying themes, and incorporating into product planning.
Serve as first line of defense for security and compliance questions, guiding customers to resources and escalating complex issues.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have 8+ years in technical pre-sales or similar, including 4+ years selling to Enterprise customers and managing C-level relationships.
Understand IT security principles and B2B SaaS compliance requirements.
Have foundational training in Python or JavaScript.
Have delivered prototypes of Generative AI/ML solutions and knowledge of network/cloud architecture.
Are an effective presenter and communicator for all audiences.
Own problems end-to-end and quickly learn what's needed.
