Responsibilities
- Deliver customer-focused, white-glove IT support to employees across multiple locations, including executive users, executive assistants, board-facing needs, and visiting leaders.
- Provide technical support for endpoint and user systems across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Support conference room, collaboration, and meeting technology for executive meetings and high-visibility events.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls through Active Directory and Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID.
- Support endpoint management and security controls.
- Perform IT asset lifecycle activities, including provisioning, deployment, inventory, maintenance, refresh coordination, and secure decommissioning.
- Maintain asset records and software licensing information using IT service management and asset management tools.
- Resolve service requests and technical incidents, escalating complex issues through established support paths.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base content.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams on enterprise IT operations and issue resolution.
- Participate in planned maintenance and occasional after-hours or on-call support.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in enterprise desktop support, IT support, or junior systems administration.
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS; exposure to Linux is a plus.
- Basic experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), or similar identity platforms.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN connectivity.
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or similar platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with IT asset management platforms such as Snipe-IT.
- Basic scripting experience with PowerShell or Bash.
- Exposure to virtualization, Microsoft 365 administration, or cloud technologies.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, or other relevant certifications.
