Administers and configures Salesforce, manages access and data quality, supports request resolution, and builds reports and automation. The role requires 1–3 years of Salesforce administration experience, strong attention to detail, and effective stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce users, licenses, permission sets, and profiles.
- Build and maintain declarative configuration, including custom objects, Lightning record pages, page layouts, list views, flows, and validation rules.
- Manage the day-to-day administration request queue, confirming requirements, communicating status, and closing the loop with stakeholders.
- Import, export, and maintain data using Data Loader and related tools; support data quality and integrity.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Document configuration changes, maintain ticket hygiene, and follow sandbox and deployment practices.
- Diagnose routine issues and escalate ambiguous or complex problems with appropriate context.
- Partner with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions and flag risks early.
- Expand Salesforce platform knowledge and take on increasingly complex administration work.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience or equivalent platform exposure.
- Working proficiency with Salesforce users and permission sets, page layouts and record pages, list views, flows, and validation rules.
- Familiarity with Data Loader, imports and exports, and basic data cleanup.
- Foundational understanding of Salesforce profiles, permission sets, and record access and visibility.
- Ability to build and maintain basic reports and dashboards.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, communication, and follow-through.
- BA or BS in a related field preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification or progress toward certification.
- Experience with change management and source control, including sandbox testing and deployment, change sets, Gearset, SFDX CLI, or Git.
- Experience in finance or financial markets.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $70,000–$91,000 USD annually.
- Annual target bonus of 6% based on individual and company/team performance.
- 401(k) with up to a 3.5% company match.
