Junior NetSuite Administrator
Administers and supports NetSuite remotely, including configuration, integrations, access provisioning, user support, testing, and audit activities. Requires 1–3 years of NetSuite administration experience, strong problem-solving and customer service skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for NetSuite.
- Provide frontline support for NetSuite functionality and data maintenance.
- Monitor end-user system usage and performance; perform daily administration and support tasks.
- Maintain and date system documentation.
- Assist with customizing and creating scripts, workflows, forms, fields, online forms, and custom records.
- Manage system configuration, including design and data migration decisions.
- Manage user acceptance testing activities.
- Assist with access provisioning.
- Support audit-related tasks, including user access reviews (UAR) and segregation of duties (SOD).
- Interface with the NetSuite managed service provider and stakeholders across Accounting, Finance, and Business Process Operations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a NetSuite administration role.
- Experience using a ticketing system to respond to and track requests and issues through resolution.
- Understanding of NetSuite integrations with multiple systems, including the ability to support and monitor integrations.
- Ability to identify customer requirements and develop systems that improve NetSuite productivity while enforcing corporate policies and procedures.
- Exposure to Accounting, CRM, and Marketing business practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate end-user needs into technical and functional requirements.
- Strong customer service, relationship-building, attention-to-detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance technical expertise with business acumen.
