Responsibilities
- Deliver core HR services for assigned client groups with speed, accuracy, and scale.
- Manage performance management cases end-to-end, including coaching managers on documentation and process requirements.
- Handle terminations and offboarding for Senior Manager and below.
- Triage, route, and resolve HR Help Desk cases from employees and managers.
- Coordinate internal mobility transactions.
- Schedule and conduct exit interviews and surface recurring themes.
- Manage the HR inbox for assigned organizations.
- Use AI-assisted workflows for case intake, documentation, and communications.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation and prompt-based tools.
- Contribute reusable templates, prompts, and workflows.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role with direct ownership of performance management, employee relations, or HR case work.
- Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in day-to-day work.
- Experience managing high-volume, process-driven HR work while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Strong written communication and professional documentation skills.
- Applied knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law, with ability to flag and escalate legal risk.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, ticketing systems, and HR technology tools.
- Process-oriented mindset and ability to systematize repetitive work.
- Ability to manage multiple cases across organizations in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Tier 1: $96,000–$125,000.
- Tier 2: $86,400–$112,500.
