Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, customize, and optimize Clutch solutions for clients.
- Develop an understanding of client infrastructure, business objectives, and technical needs.
- Lead deployments, integrations, large-scale rollouts, and complex production implementations.
- Troubleshoot and support production environments.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and stakeholders.
- Provide structured customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Improve deployment processes for scalability and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong command of TypeScript across the full stack, including Node.js backend and React frontend.
- Native use of AI tooling in the engineering workflow.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% to client sites, as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate production systems.
- Solid understanding of deployment, integration, and production troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bias for action and a client-first mindset.
