Leads a strategic Account Executive team focused on expanding existing enterprise customer relationships across Southern Europe. Responsibilities
- Build and manage a high-performing team of Account Executives responsible for existing customer relationships.
- Lead a focused strategy for expanding existing clients by selling solutions across Twilio's product portfolio.
- Enable and coach the team to engage customers across different levels of maturity and segmentation.
- Collaborate with Professional Services, Marketing, Technical Specialists, Product, and Partner teams to help customers launch new platform use cases successfully.
- Accurately forecast team performance and present guidance to management.
- Foster a growth-minded team culture centered on curiosity, learning, and collaboration.
Requirements
- 3+ years of managerial experience in a high-performing CPaaS, communications, or API-based company; experience with consumption-based revenue models is strongly preferred.
- Experience building teams, managing monthly forecasting, owning territory planning, and tracking revenue for strategic accounts.
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple countries.
- Consistent record of exceeding revenue targets and business KPIs.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with innovative thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and drive results.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and cross-functional work in a high-growth business environment.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, executive presence in English, and an additional language among French, Spanish, or Hebrew.
- Ability to influence and build effective relationships at all organizational levels.
