Provides post-sales technical guidance for commercial customers by leading onboarding, integrations, training, troubleshooting, and adoption of an AI-powered developer platform. Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and implementation engagements for commercial and mid-market customers.
- Configure and optimize CodeRabbit within development workflows and CI/CD environments.
- Deliver customer training, onboarding sessions, workshops, and technical enablement programs.
- Conduct configuration and integration reviews to ensure best practices and maximize platform value.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and partner with Support, Product, and Engineering to drive timely resolutions.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex implementation and adoption challenges.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive adoption, technical health, and long-term success.
- Build relationships with developers, engineering managers, and platform teams.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the product experience.
- Contribute to internal documentation, onboarding playbooks, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
- Stay current on AI-powered development tools, developer productivity, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD ecosystems.
- Improve repeatability and scalability across onboarding and customer enablement workflows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Technical Support Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Implementation Engineering.
- Experience onboarding or supporting SaaS, developer tooling, or infrastructure products.
- Strong knowledge of software development workflows and modern engineering tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot APIs, integrations, Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based systems.
- Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
- Comfortable working from the command line and debugging technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
- Ownership, curiosity, and a bias toward action.
- Passion for improving developer productivity and software quality.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or other CI/CD platforms.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, or cloud-native infrastructure.
