Delivers customer data migrations and system implementations, including SQL-based extraction and validation, Azure database migrations, environment configuration, and client communication. Requires relevant technical consulting or data engineering experience and strong SQL skills.

Responsibilities
- Migrate customer data from legacy and source systems to the company platform, writing and troubleshooting custom scripts as needed.
- Write and run SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate customer data.
- Set up and configure customer systems and environments during implementations.
- Migrate databases to Microsoft Azure.
- Communicate with customers about technical requirements, timelines, and expectations.
- Collaborate with project managers and implementation teams to identify risks and keep delivery on track.
- Maintain knowledge of products, tools, and migration methodologies.
- Keep activity reports and project documentation current within agreed SLAs.
- Follow security policies, protect customer data, and report issues.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant technical consulting or data engineering experience preferred.
- Experience writing and troubleshooting SQL, preferably Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and indexes.
- Basic knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs and tools such as Postman.
- Basic knowledge of IIS.
- Ability to communicate with customers about technical requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with ETL toolsets such as SSIS.
- Experience with Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Sigma, or Izenda.
- Familiarity with EDI and integration platforms such as Boomi.
- Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills.
