Responsibilities
- Translate unique client requirements into flexible, scalable data solutions.
- Lead data conversion projects, ETLing historical portfolio data from legacy systems into Addepar.
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects and deliver them through completion.
- Identify and drive improvements to processes and tools that streamline, scale, and automate workflows.
- Set, lead, and communicate expectations internally and externally.
- Communicate proactively, consultatively, and professionally with clients.
- Collaborate with Services, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in technology, finance, or consulting.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with financial products and securities modeling.
- Solution-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong work ethic, proactive approach, and ability to contribute effectively as part of a team.
- High organization, attention to detail, and motivation to improve process efficiency.
- Independence, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have and maintain the right to work in the United Kingdom; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
