The Solutions Consultant leads client implementations, translating financial and technical requirements into successful platform deployments while managing stakeholders and multiple projects. Candidates need at least two years of relevant experience, client-facing implementation or solution-design experience, and an interest in finance and technology.

Responsibilities
- Lead and complete implementation projects onboarding new clients to the Addepar platform.
- Assess and own the success of add-on projects and partner delivery assurance.
- Demonstrate technical and industry expertise to transition clients and their data onto Addepar.
- Set, manage, and communicate expectations clearly across internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful outcomes from start to finish.
- Contribute to the development of scalable tools and processes as the organization expands.
- Become a subject matter expert on the Addepar platform and its regional application.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in financial services, consulting, or a related field.
- Previous client-facing experience, particularly in implementation or solution design.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Independent, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Passion for both finance and technology.
- Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with global teams.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the region and globally.
Nice-to-haves
- Scripting or programming experience, especially Python.
- Familiarity with investment management software or enterprise technology implementations.
- Project management background.
