Events Manager

Leads strategy and end-to-end execution for high-profile third-party, executive, proprietary, and internal events, partnering across marketing, sales, creative, and executive leadership. Requires 5+ years of event marketing experience, strong project management, and experience managing budgets exceeding $300,000.

Responsibilities

  • Develop event strategies and objectives supporting executive engagement, brand awareness, customer relationships, and business growth.
  • Plan and execute executive, proprietary, internal, and high-profile third-party industry events, including CES and POSSIBLE.
  • Manage executive experience and hospitality programs.
  • Lead sponsorship activation, budget management, vendor management, and onsite execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Sales, GTM, Creative, and Executive Leadership.
  • Manage Fetch’s proprietary event portfolio, including Fetch Fest and Fetch Supper Club.
  • Produce post-event reporting and recommendations.
  • Travel approximately 20–30%, including multi-day event support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing B2B marketing events, executive events, or experiential marketing programs.
  • Experience managing high-profile third-party conferences and executive hospitality programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of event strategy, not just event execution.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience managing event budgets of $300,000 or more.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $98,707–$116,126.
