Responsibilities
- Create performance ads for paid social platforms, aligning with the performance team to meet business objectives.
- Source and manage creators end to end, including identifying partners, outreach, contract negotiation, and guiding ad production to meet brand standards.
- Develop creative briefs for creators, agencies, and internal teams.
- Measure, track, and analyze campaign performance to inform testing strategies and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional stakeholders on full-funnel campaigns for new and core audiences.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a performance marketer or growth marketer with strong creative skills.
- Hands-on experience with Meta platforms and expertise in paid social and direct-response advertising.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience working with global creators and influencers.
- Self-starter with an adaptable mindset and passion for innovation.
