Field Marketing Manager, Third Party & Partner Events

Owns end-to-end logistics, execution, and measurement for third-party conferences, partner events, sponsorships, and co-marketing activations. The role requires at least four years of event or field marketing experience, strong vendor and project management skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of third-party and partner events, sponsorships, conferences, trade shows, and co-marketed activations, including contracting, vendor management, registration, badge logistics, booth and exhibit fulfillment, shipping, inventory, and on-site staffing.
  • Manage the event portfolio by scoping work, sequencing tasks, estimating timelines, adapting plans as requirements shift, and incorporating AI tools to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Coordinate travel logistics for event teams and attendees, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and visas for international events.
  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact, troubleshooting in real time and managing risks and blockers.
  • Negotiate with and manage third-party event organizers, partners, and vendors.
  • Measure event impact through budget reconciliation and post-event ROI reporting, and make recommendations based on outcomes.
  • Partner with Sales, Field Marketing, and Partner Marketing to identify events and ensure sales enablement is ready, including calendaring, briefing documents, and lead capture.
  • Create repeatable logistics playbooks and checklists based on patterns and best practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in event logistics, event operations, or field marketing.
  • Direct ownership of on-site execution and event logistics, including vendor and venue coordination, shipping and inventory, registration, on-site staffing, and travel.
  • Strong vendor and partner relationship management skills, including contract negotiation.
  • Ability to independently plan and sequence complex, multi-part projects with minimal oversight.
  • Calm, solutions-oriented approach to live-event challenges, with strong risk management and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international and weekend travel.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with event management, registration, and exhibitor platforms such as Cvent and RainFocus.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and ZoomInfo.
  • Familiarity with international event logistics, including customs and carnet processes.
  • Experience managing sponsorship deliverables and fulfillment for third-party conferences.
  • Relevant certification, such as CMP, or formal event management training.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual base salary: $105,000–$245,000 USD.
  • Equity and benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage; retirement contributions; parental leave and reproductive or family planning support; mental health and wellness benefits; paid time off; paid sick leave; holidays; and other applicable leave benefits.
  • Additional benefits may include recharge days, cell phone and home internet reimbursements, lifestyle spending accounts, and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles.
