Field Marketing Manager

The Field Marketing Manager will execute regional events and programs for prospects and customers, partnering with sales and marketing teams to generate pipeline and strengthen relationships. The role requires at least three years of B2B marketing experience, strong event execution, project management, and performance measurement skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of field marketing programs and events aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
  • Plan and execute regional pipeline-focused marketing programs.
  • Partner with sales to identify priorities, target accounts, and event opportunities.
  • Manage in-person and virtual events, roundtables, sponsorships, and customer programs.
  • Collaborate with partner marketing, product marketing, and content teams on campaign execution.
  • Track program performance, report results, and recommend optimizations.
  • Own event logistics, budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination.
  • Support sales enablement with event descriptions, talking points, and follow-up materials.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or related B2B marketing roles.
  • Strong project management and event execution skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and external partners.
  • Experience with pipeline-focused marketing programs and performance reporting.
  • Willingness to travel for field events.
  • Detail-oriented and creative, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Experience in B2B software, data, or infrastructure marketing.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and event platforms.
  • Experience supporting regional or partner-led programs.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $107,000–$137,000 USD.
