Event Marketing Manager
The Event Marketing Manager will plan, execute, promote, and analyze in-person and virtual events that build brand awareness and support revenue growth. The role requires at least four years of event marketing experience, strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop event marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
- Identify and manage in-person and virtual events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams on event strategy.
- Manage end-to-end event planning and execution, including budgets, vendors, logistics, and on-site or virtual coordination.
- Oversee event branding and collateral to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality presentation.
- Coordinate invitations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups.
- Create promotional campaigns using digital marketing channels, social media, email, and partnerships to drive registration and attendance.
- Engage partners and industry leaders to increase event visibility and reach.
- Conduct post-event debriefs and analyze attendee engagement, lead generation, and business impact.
- Build and maintain vendor and partner relationships and serve as the primary contact for event-related inquiries.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in event marketing, including planning and executing outcome-driven events.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize future event strategies.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and able to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

- Experience producing events for a SaaS technology company.
