Manager, Growth

This role supports growth by managing health plan opportunities, preparing partner meetings, conducting market research, and coordinating follow-up across Partnerships and Marketing. It requires 2–4+ years of client-facing or analytical experience, healthcare familiarity, structured problem-solving, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Source and track health plan opportunities, maintaining CRM data hygiene for accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Prepare customer meetings by researching stakeholder context, adapting pitch decks, and creating leadership briefing materials.
  • Synthesize partner-meeting takeaways and own internal and external follow-up actions to keep deals moving.
  • Research prospective partners and health plan priorities, providing actionable market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships and Marketing teams on pitches, conference materials, and payer-focused case studies.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in a client-facing or analytical role; management consulting experience strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of healthcare experience or the ability to quickly learn complex domains such as payer dynamics and value-based care.
  • Strong organizational, structured-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to structure ambiguity into clear next steps.
  • Action-oriented approach in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to produce high-quality slides and written synthesis for internal and external audiences.

Nice-to-haves

  • Financial modeling or pricing proposal development.
  • Familiarity with insurance coverage by line of business, including Commercial and Medicaid.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range: $95,000–$120,000.
