- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of analysts, engineers, and automation specialists.

- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of LLM-based automation pipelines for RCM workflows.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define technical specifications and scalable architecture.
- Drive end-to-end program execution across AI/ML tooling and workflow or bot deployments.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and architect systems to improve accuracy, speed, and scalability.
- Standardize documentation, implement QA checkpoints, and build dashboards to monitor automation success.
- Use SQL, Python, and scripting tools to build and maintain custom automations and reporting pipelines.
- Develop dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel, and BI platforms to monitor program health and operational success.
- Serve as the operational link between BD and the US RCM team, ensuring communication and alignment on priorities.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Represent Automation in leadership reviews and report on team KPIs, blockers, and upcoming initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical operations roles, such as Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Technical Program Manager, within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience in fintech, healthcare, or SaaS is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and guide technical teams in designing, developing, and deploying automation tools and AI-driven solutions.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python, and related scripting languages, including the ability to review code quality, validate technical decisions, and mentor junior team members.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining data integrity, scalability, and maintainability.
- Experience overseeing data pipelines, automation triggers, and integration frameworks using tools such as Zapier, Alteryx, and Power BI.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, sprint management, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional delivery.
- Comfortable evaluating and implementing emerging technologies, including LLM-based APIs and automation platforms.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

- Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), fintech, or SaaS.
- Experience working in zero-to-one, high-growth environments and scaling teams and systems.
