About the role

Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and qualify prospective customers through LinkedIn, email, cold calls, social media.
  • Execute outbound outreach campaigns to engage key decision-makers in construction, engineering, and architecture sectors.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries, qualify prospects, and transition leads to sales team.
  • Communicate Doxel’s value proposition and differentiate products.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on campaigns, customer personas, and outreach strategies.
  • Set up discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Monitor market, competition, and industry trends.

Success Metrics

  • Generate high-quality pipeline for Enterprise AEs to close seven-figure deals.
  • Consistently book qualified meetings with decision-makers.
  • Run structured cold calls to uncover challenges and buying signals.
  • Provide strong handoffs to AEs with context and research.
  • Build relationships for repeat conversations and long-term pipeline.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in sales development, business development, or outbound lead generation (SaaS/tech preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Self-starter, proactive in fast-paced startup.
  • Team-oriented, goal-oriented with track record meeting KPIs.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with construction, engineering, or architecture industries.
