Paid Acquisition Manager
The Paid Acquisition Manager will manage and scale customer acquisition across Google Ads and Meta Ads, optimizing campaigns, tracking, landing pages, and budgets across multiple accounts. The role requires 5–10 years of hands-on paid acquisition experience, strong customer communication, and agency or multi-account experience.

Responsibilities
- Own Google Ads performance for a portfolio of brands and agency partners, with Meta Ads added to the mix.
- Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve conversion, and scale profitable acquisition.
- Review search terms, audiences, budgets, bids, creative, tracking, and landing-page performance.
- Build new campaigns and repair accounts that need a stronger foundation.
- Make decisions based on customer growth goals rather than vanity metrics.
- Turn complex account data into clear, actionable customer recommendations.
- Partner with Client Services on reporting, customer communication, and growth planning.
- Help customers set targets, evaluate results, and determine what to test next.
- Use Flint in live accounts, identify product gaps, and provide feedback to improve the platform.
- Bring recurring customer problems and opportunities to Product and Engineering.
- Help establish how Flint manages and measures paid acquisition across customer accounts.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of hands-on paid acquisition experience.
- Deep experience with Google Ads and strong working knowledge of Meta Ads.
- Track record of managing meaningful budgets and being accountable for outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, and landing-page testing.
- Good judgment about when an account needs optimization versus rebuilding.
- Ability to explain performance clearly to customers with different experience levels.
- Strong written communication and close attention to detail.
- Investigative, problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously without losing attention to performance details.
