Paid Media Manager
The Paid Media Manager will own and scale full-funnel acquisition campaigns across search, paid social, and developer-focused platforms. The role requires strong Google Ads expertise, analytical skills in attribution and cohort performance, and experience driving B2B pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities
- Own and scale paid acquisition across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging developer-focused platforms.
- Build and optimize full-funnel campaigns that drive qualified signups, pipeline, and revenue.
- Develop channel strategy across search, paid social, retargeting, and experimentation budgets.
- Test ad copy and creative angles tailored to technical audiences.
- Partner with creative, content, and product marketing teams on ad concepts and landing-page iterations.
- Manage campaign structure, keyword strategy, audience segmentation, and bidding to improve CAC and payback.
- Own measurement and attribution, including tracking setup, conversion-quality analysis, offline conversion imports, and incrementality testing.
- Analyze performance trends and communicate results through dashboards, reporting, and weekly insights.
- Run structured experiments to identify new growth levers, including audiences, formats, offers, and onboarding flows.
- Collaborate with sales, lifecycle, and data teams to improve downstream lead quality and conversion rates.
- Stay current on platform changes, AI-driven campaign formats, and new paid-media opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage meaningful monthly budgets and scale spend efficiently while maintaining performance.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, including Search, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Expertise in at least one major paid social platform.
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, payback period, and conversion rates.
- Experience with analytics and attribution tools.
- Highly analytical mindset with comfort using spreadsheets, cohort analysis, and performance modeling.
- Ability to move quickly, test often, and iterate based on data and user insight.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in B2B paid media.
Additional Information
- The role may occasionally require work outside standard business hours for high-impact projects.
