AI Solution Engineer -
Build and deploy AI agents, intelligent workflows, APIs, and automation across internal healthcare SaaS platforms. The role requires enterprise cloud or software engineering experience, Azure AI expertise, programming proficiency, and familiarity with LLM orchestration and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities
- Build and support AI agents and intelligent workflows using Microsoft Azure tools such as Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, and Copilot Studio.
- Design and implement AI-powered orchestration and automation for configuration streamlining, onboarding automation, and data migration.
- Collaborate with integration, implementation, product, and support teams to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.
- Develop APIs, scripts, and tools to connect LLM-based agents with enterprise systems using open integration standards such as the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Support testing, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI workflows in production, including output-quality evaluation, guardrails, and responsible-AI safeguards.
- Stay current with AI platform roadmaps from Microsoft, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google and with emerging industry trends.
- Contribute to the internal AI delivery model and promote AI best practices across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience building AI-powered workflows using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and/or Now Assist.
- 3–5 years of experience in software or cloud engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in SaaS or enterprise environments.
- Exposure to AI agent orchestration or multi-agent systems.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure AI, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Cognitive Services.
- Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) or vector database integration.
- Experience with multiple LLMs, including OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, and Gemini; prompt engineering; and AI-driven automation.
- Proficiency in Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud deployment practices.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of healthcare data formats, including HL7 and FHIR.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-moving environment.
