Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and scale a team of Global Payroll Account Executives selling EOR, Global Payroll, and Global Payroll Contractors products to net-new mid-market customers.
- Build Global Account Executive playbooks and best practices for growth and scale.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales development, partnerships, post-sales, revenue operations, implementation, and other AE teams.
- Support sales cycles by understanding customer needs and mapping them to product value.
- Monitor activity, pipeline, monthly forecasts, closed deals, and quota attainment.
- Report on team and individual performance through pipeline management and forecasting.
- Participate in hiring, interviewing, training, and ramping new team members.
- Recommend improvements to processes, efficiency, and productivity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in technology sales.
- Experience leading teams selling into the United States and Canada markets.
- Experience leading full-cycle Account Executives from prospecting through close in the mid-market segment.
- Consistent record of exceeding targets as both a manager and individual contributor.
- Ability to accurately forecast team performance and provide concrete, constructive feedback.
- Strong motivation, willingness to learn, and work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience selling Global Payroll, EOR, or HRIS/HCM software.
Compensation
- Tier 1 San Francisco and New York: $310,000 OTE.
- Commission is not guaranteed.
