Responsibilities
- Work directly with founders to define product direction, build core systems, and ship end-to-end experiences.
- Take full ownership of problems from idea to production.
- Build autonomous AI agents that develop context, explore data, surface insights, execute workflows, make decisions, and generate outputs like reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and scripts.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building production web applications.
- Experience with modern web stacks (e.g. TypeScript, React, Next.js or similar).
- Experience with backend systems and APIs (e.g. Node, Python, Flask or similar).
- Comfortable working with data-intensive applications and distributed systems.
- Ability to pick up new technologies quickly and move across the stack.
- Solid understanding of performance, system design, and scalability.
- Experience building and shipping production systems.
- Relentlessly curious, think from first principles, move quickly, thrive in ambiguity.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $150,000-250,000 (San Francisco Bay Area).
