Deployment Strategist
Deployment Strategist deploys data software solutions onsite with customers facing complex problems in defense, manufacturing, healthcare, and aid. Partners with engineers to integrate data, build workflows, train users, and drive operational impact through analysis and presentations. Requires programming experience (Python, SQL, R) and 25-75% travel.

Responsibilities
- Go onsite and meet with customer analysts to understand critical questions and locate biggest problems
- Identify relevant datasets through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows
- Work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into a stable and extensible pipeline
- Work with customers to build customized workflows for new user groups
- Lead training sessions to ensure product meets user needs and has concrete impact
- Present results and proposals to audiences from analysts to C-suite executives
- Embed with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into cross-Palantir product offerings
- Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers
- Scope potential engagements in new industries and locations
Requirements
- Ability to travel 25–75% (varies by location and team)
- Experience with programming, scripting or statistical packages (e.g. Python, R, Matlab, SQL)
