Client Value Partner - Digital Technology
Leads strategic customer value programs for digital technology clients, partnering with C-level executives to drive transformation, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. Requires 10+ years in customer success, strategy consulting, or related digital technology work, plus large-scale transformation and change management experience.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the accountable program lead and engagement manager for strategic digital technology customers.
- Build relationships with C-level executives and embed Celonis into customers’ strategic objectives.
- Staff engagements using global cross-functional resources, including servicing, product, and engineering teams.
- Mentor customers on organization design and Centers of Excellence maturity to increase platform adoption.
- Mentor and coach team members and provide performance feedback to managers.
- Own the end-to-end customer value journey, including program roadmaps and detailed value plans.
- Drive measurable business impact, value realization, adoption, project completion, client satisfaction, and usage targets.
- Resolve customer escalations by coordinating internal teams.
- Align Celonis delivery with customer strategies and business-critical priorities.
- Organize and lead customer advisory boards and establish feedback loops for product and service improvement.
- Represent the customer internally and collaborate on advocacy strategies.
- Drive customer participation in Celonis and industry events, conferences, webinars, and thought leadership.
- Contribute to innovation, domain assets, playbooks, resources, and tools for the value engineering team.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience in digital technology.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations.
- Deep experience with change management practices.
- Ability to navigate large global organizations and influence stakeholders through data, facts, and confidence.
- Experience designing, pitching, and selling opportunities with subject matter experts and practice leads.
- Consultative approach to senior executive engagement.
- Team-oriented leadership style with the ability to inspire and coach others.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple project streams.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments.
