Director of Partner Solutions

Responsibilities
- Own partner success after the sale, including onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, and expansion for strategic healthcare customers.
- Serve as the primary contact for executive sponsors, operational leaders, and clinical stakeholders.
- Lead deployments from kickoff through go-live, managing timelines, milestones, risks, training, and change management.
- Integrate the platform into customer workflows and drive measurable operational and financial outcomes.
- Measure and communicate ROI using key performance metrics to support renewals, expansion, and strategic decisions.
- Partner with Sales on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to improve customer experience and inform product development.
- Build scalable processes and playbooks for onboarding, training, support, and customer success.
Requirements
- 4+ years leading implementations, onboarding, or post-sale delivery for healthcare technology or SaaS platforms.
- Experience working with healthcare providers and operational teams.
- Strong understanding of ambulatory practice workflows and revenue cycle operations.
- Cardiology experience required.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations and driving adoption, measurable outcomes, and long-term customer success.
- Familiarity with ambulatory EHR platforms such as athenaOne, NextGen, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and analytical skills.

Compensation and Benefits
