Own and drive initiatives, creating product functionality from the ground up and rearchitecting platform components for scale.
Mentor other engineers and support their professional growth.
Build and operationalize tools, monitors, and processes to raise engineering excellence across the organization.
Participate in an on-call rotation for customer and production support.

Requirements

6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Ability to own and deliver projects, transforming product specifications into successful releases.
Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and modern design patterns.
Experience managing the complete project lifecycle, from complex ideas through successful launches.
Strong product sense and commitment to exceptional customer experiences.
