Implementation Manager, Strategic Workforce Planning

Leads end-to-end strategic workforce planning SaaS implementations, coordinating solution design, technical workstreams, customer stakeholders, training, adoption, and post-go-live handoff. Requires complex implementation delivery, project and program management, technical integration coordination, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation delivery from kickoff through go-live and early adoption, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resourcing.
  • Own the solution design and delivery model for solution implementations.
  • Translate solution designs and customer requirements into actionable delivery plans, testing approaches, data and integration workstreams, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate internal teams, implementation partners, and customer stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with business outcomes.
  • Oversee platform readiness, configuration, identity and access setup, data provisioning, integration coordination, user acceptance testing, cutover, and stabilization.
  • Deliver role-based training and enablement, including workshops, office hours, train-the-trainer sessions, and adoption support.
  • Partner with Customer Success to support adoption, accelerate time-to-value, and complete post-implementation handoffs.
  • Capture lessons learned and improve implementation playbooks, templates, and delivery processes.
  • Apply TalentNeuron methods to client processes and support PMO governance, status reporting, risk and issue management, steering forums, and executive communications.

Success Metrics

  • Customer satisfaction and sentiment.
  • Milestone adherence, on-time go-live, and change-request ratio.
  • UAT and validation pass rates.
  • Escalation and RAID closure rates.
  • Training completion, user proficiency, self-sufficiency, adoption, and value realization.
  • Time to first business outcomes and usage by target personas.
  • Executive buy-in and achievement of success criteria.
  • SIT pass rate, time to data availability, data freshness and completeness, and API success/error rates.
  • Completeness of documentation, runbooks, and post-implementation success plans.
  • CSM handover success, first-30-day incident volume, and time to exit hypercare.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading complex SaaS implementations with multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and executive visibility.
  • Strong project and program management skills, including planning, dependency management, risk tracking, change control, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience coordinating technical implementation activities such as identity setup, integrations, data mapping, testing, and go-live readiness.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops, deliver training, and support customer adoption across business and technical audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to project teams and senior stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Subject-matter expertise in strategic workforce planning, skills intelligence, HR technology, or related workforce transformation domains.
  • Experience with PMO software.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, data integrations, ETL processes, and data wrangling for enterprise software implementations.
  • German language ability.
  • French language ability.
