The Senior Marketing Systems Architect designs and improves the data architecture, integrations, segmentation, routing, and governance underpinning Snowflake’s global marketing technology ecosystem. The hands-on role requires 5+ years of technical Marketing Operations or MarTech experience and expertise with Salesforce, Marketo, data platforms, APIs, and SQL.

Responsibilities
- Design and optimize Marketing Operations data architecture across Salesforce, Marketo, Snowflake, Hightouch, Clay, and the broader MarTech ecosystem.
- Own the Marketo-to-Snowflake data sync, including field-mapping audits, gap and redundancy identification, and remediation with Data Engineering.
- Redesign segmentation architecture for consistent, maintainable, and scalable audience definitions across platforms and regions.
- Improve lead routing, audience activation, lifecycle workflows, and marketing data governance.
- Lead MarTech stack health and rationalization assessments, including utilization, cost, consolidation, and renewal-readiness recommendations.
- Partner with GTM Engineering and Data Engineering to design, validate, and implement scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex platform, integration, and data-quality issues.
- Establish technical standards and governance supporting automation and AI capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Revenue Operations, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise with Salesforce, Marketo, and enterprise MarTech platforms, including platform architecture ownership.
- Experience with marketing data architecture, system integrations, APIs, SQL, and complex data-flow troubleshooting.
- Experience designing segmentation, lifecycle, lead-routing, and marketing-automation architectures at scale.
- Hands-on experience implementing and operating a reverse ETL or CDP platform.
- Familiarity with modern data platforms, data warehouse-to-MAP sync architectures, and AI-enabled marketing technologies.
- Experience partnering with GTM Engineering, Data Engineering, or Product Engineering teams.
- Strong systems thinking, technical problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and project-management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Compensation
- Salary range: $158,000–$206,800.
