Manager, Revenue Systems & Product Operations

Leads revenue systems and product operations for Lyft Ads and Lyft Business, owning the systems roadmap, billing and quote-to-cash platforms, Salesforce ecosystem, and cross-functional delivery. Manages Billing Operations teams while partnering with engineering, finance, legal, and sales stakeholders.

About the job

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the systems and tooling roadmap for Lyft Ads and Lyft Business, prioritizing work across both lines of business.
  • Partner with CEIT and Sales Technology / CRM Engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver features across Data 360, billing and quote-to-cash, Salesforce, and adjacent RevOps and advertising technology platforms.
  • Serve as the business-side product owner by gathering requirements, writing PRDs and specifications, managing intake and prioritization, and driving delivery against timelines and dependencies.
  • Improve core systems, data integrity, integrations, and scalable process design in partnership with CEIT.
  • Provide operational input to vendor renewals and evaluate and onboard new tooling.
  • Manage Billing Operations teams across both lines of business, including capacity allocation, close-window sequencing, and cross-business prioritization decisions.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, CRM Engineering / Sales Technology, Finance, Billing, Accounting, Technical Accounting, and Legal on end-to-end commercial workflows.
  • Run backlog refinement and sprint prioritization, manage dependencies, and own escalation paths with CRM Engineering and Sales Technology.
  • Lead the technical build-out of billing across Ads and Business, including Microsoft Monetize, Zuora, ad-server-to-Salesforce integrations, offline and invoiced billing controls, and digital advertising sales-tax handling.
  • Own Salesforce and RevOps integration workstreams for acquisitions and new markets, translating deal structures and terms of service into system designs.
  • Monitor access roles, integration users, and administrator credentials across Salesforce, Ironclad, DocuSign, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and TOM; identify least-privilege and audit-readiness gaps and escalate SOX and quote-to-cash access questions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, product operations, or technical program management, ideally supporting B2B sales or media/advertising organizations.
  • 2+ years of direct people-management experience, including performance conversations, coaching, and capacity and priority tradeoffs.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience; administrator- or architecture-level fluency is strongly preferred.
  • Product or program management experience, including roadmap ownership, requirements writing, and management of engineering and IT partners.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with technical teams to ship features aligned with business needs.
  • Strategic, hands-on player-coach approach.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with monetization platforms and billing or quote-to-cash systems.
  • Familiarity with data platforms and analytics tooling, including audience or measurement data products.
  • Experience standing up or scaling RevOps tooling in a high-growth environment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base pay range: $156,000–$195,000 annually in the San Francisco area.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Mental health, family-building, child-care, and pet benefits.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Paid holidays, paid time off, and 18 weeks of paid parental leave.
  • Subsidized commuter benefits.
  • Monthly Lyft credits and complimentary Lyft Pink membership.
