GTM Strategy & Operations Analyst
Analyzes sales performance, develops forecasts and insights, standardizes operations, and supports go-to-market and planning initiatives for regional sales leaders. Requires substantial sales strategy and operations experience, advanced SQL and BI skills, and a bachelor's or master's degree.

Responsibilities
- Support regional sales leaders with intelligence and insights to accelerate growth.
- Standardize global and regional sales strategy and operations processes.
- Analyze key performance metrics and provide insights into business performance.
- Solve complex sales operations challenges using data, analytics, and structured analysis.
- Identify productivity and efficiency opportunities for regional sales leadership.
- Participate in go-to-market planning, business planning, and resource planning.
- Oversee implementation of enabling systems and tools in collaboration with internal systems teams.
- Prepare weekly senior-leader forecast materials and provide updates on business growth and metrics.
- Manage bespoke projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management and Systems, or a related field, plus 7 years of related experience; alternatively, a master's degree or foreign equivalent plus 5 years of related experience.
- 5 years of experience using SQL and advanced analytic tools to analyze large datasets.
- 5 years of experience with BI visualization tools, including Tableau.
- 5 years of experience using data and large datasets to identify trends and make recommendations to senior leaders.
- 4 years of experience using AI to improve productivity, reduce manual processes, and automate reporting dashboards.
- 3 years of experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, expectations, and timelines.
- 3 years of experience manipulating large datasets to deliver analyses and actionable insights.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $155,800.00–$233,600.00 per year.
- 40 hours per week.
- 50% telecommuting permitted.
