Product Manager responsible for owning end-to-end product lifecycles to transform human expertise into better AI models. Requires 2+ years PM experience, technical fluency, high ownership in ambiguous environments, and balancing user research with business metrics and strategic vision.

Responsibilities
- Advance the frontier of AI by building and owning products that organize human expertise into better AI models for labs and enterprises.
- Understand user needs by working directly with expert annotators, customers, and internal operators.
- Understand the business and work backwards from business outcomes to make product decisions impacting health and growth.
- Own product and feature lifecycles end-to-end, from conception to execution to sunsetting.
- Get in the weeds: write specs and PRDs, build dashboards, and make small PRs to unblock yourself.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, research, operations, and design to ship products quickly.

Requirements
- 2+ years as a product manager.
- Prior experience in SWE, ML, or DS preferred.
- High ownership: full accountability for outcomes, not just outputs.
- Independence: self-direct in ambiguous contexts and create clarity for others.
- Technical fluency: comfortable building scrappy MVPs to validate direction, unblock engineering, or accelerate iteration.
- Strategic vision: connect user needs and business context to long-term product direction.
- User obsession: talk to users frequently, conduct effective user research and customer interviews.
- Balance of metrics and vision: comfortable running rigorous experiments and pushing visionary bets.
