Deploy secure AI workspace solutions for Canadian public sector customers, building agents and production features while leading private-cloud and on-premises implementations. Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for North, Cohere’s AI workspace platform.
- Develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data.
- Experiment rapidly and with high quality to engage customers and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
- Work across the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization through production.
- Lead end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments, including planning, configuration, testing, and rollout.
Requirements
- Experience working directly with customers.
- Production experience shipping Python.
- Experience building and deploying highly performant client-side or server-side retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) or agentic applications.
- Strong coding abilities and comfort working across the stack.
- Ability to read, understand, and fix issues outside the primary codebase.
- Ability to execute effectively in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and objectives.
- Eligibility for an Active Top Secret security clearance, or willingness and eligibility to obtain one.
