Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding workshops customized to customer needs.
- Develop relationships with technical and product stakeholders.
- Meet regularly with customers to demonstrate features, answer questions, and plan implementations.
- Work with account managers to identify expansion opportunities.
- Support sales cycle through technical workshops and proof-of-concepts.
- Create examples, guides, and learning modules for customers.
- Develop and maintain plugins for integrations.
- Represent customer requests to product team.
- Collaborate with Support Engineering on challenges.
- Support marketing and product research with customer connections.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in software development.
- Advanced experience with React, Vue, Angular, or Astro.
- Familiar with backend architecture and SaaS integrations.
- Experience implementing headless CMS or headless ecommerce as Solution Engineer/Architect at developer-focused SaaS.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Proven experience developing solutions with customers.
- Problem-solving with results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Nice-to-haves
- B2B customer-facing experience (consulting/account management).
- Used Sanity in production.
