Own ambiguous, high-priority product opportunities from research and validation through shovel-ready specifications or delivery. The role requires 6+ years building web applications, including 2+ years launching products from zero to one, plus strong product judgment, technical fluency, and written communication.

Responsibilities
- Own new product areas before they have a team by developing a thesis, conducting research, sizing opportunities, and recommending whether to spin up a squad, build lean, hand off, or stop.
- Turn research into shovel-ready briefs, prototypes, and specifications.
- Use AI agents to analyze customer tickets, sales calls, usage data, and competitor research.
- Build clickable prototypes quickly and test ideas with customers.
- Run projects that do not require a full squad, working end-to-end with engineers from existing squads.
- Cover a squad temporarily when needed while maintaining focus on the broader portfolio.
- Work asynchronously in a documentation-first environment.
Requirements
- 6+ years building and shipping web applications as a designer, engineer, or product manager at technology companies.
- At least 2 years taking new products from zero to one.
- Ability to independently own initiatives without an established team.
- Comfort managing a portfolio of opportunities rather than a single product.
- Track record of turning ambiguous opportunities into prioritized, shovel-ready roadmaps.
- Strong product intuition, design judgment, and technical fluency.
- Outstanding written communication, including briefs and decision memos.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $250,000 to $325,000.
