About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver in-person AI training programs and workshops for senior business professionals and executives at leading enterprise organizations.
  • Translate complex AI concepts — including prompt engineering, RAG, evals, agents, and MCP — into practical, accessible learning experiences for non-technical audiences.
  • Lead workshops and challenge labs tailored to the specific business context and needs of each client organization.
  • Collaborate with the AI Aspire team to continuously improve curriculum, incorporate new AI developments, and tailor content to different industries and audiences.
  • Represent AI Aspire externally with professionalism, energy, and deep subject matter expertise.
  • Work closely with engagement managers and leadership to ensure training outcomes align with client goals.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong technical background in AI and machine learning — you can go deep on AI engineering topics when needed.
  • Proven experience teaching, training, or presenting to senior business audiences, ideally in a corporate or executive education setting.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills — you command a room and can adapt your style to different audiences.
  • High energy, positive presence, and the ability to make learning engaging and fun.
  • Understanding of enterprise dynamics and the ability to navigate organizational complexities with professionalism.
  • Experience with or strong interest in curriculum design and instructional methodology.
  • Familiarity with AI tools including Claude Code, ChatGPT, and related platforms.

Nice to Have

  • Background in academia, corporate L&D, or executive education.
  • Experience working with financial services, consulting, or other professional services firms.
  • Experience building or designing AI-powered learning tools.
